Once your payment has cleared and we receive in full amount in our account, we will ship your products within 24 hours. Tracking number will be updated in your account and you will be notified. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to different geographical locations which means harder to get locations will mean longer delivery times. Returns

*Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Decision whether you are eligible for a refund or an exchange will be the final decision of the bakulgadget.com management. Please note that all Trackballs are not refundable nor exchangeable.

bakulgadget.com wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply send us an email via contact us page for details on how to return your parcel. Please let us know the reason you are returning the item so that we can take measures to improve our service.

When returning your item, we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. bakulgadget.com is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your order number and/or a copy of any conversations with our customer service personel.

Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your account.
